Is your GPA scaled out of 4.0 system? Let's suppose it is. Every chinese student will not refuse to admit it is an amazing result according to the general grading rule in the mainland universities. TOEFL score seems not very competitive but is relatively good to apply for German programs. Since I strongly recommend the international school, your German knowledge will be the extra weights. So whichever program mentioned above you apply, the admission is quite promising.
I once stayed in WAREM in Stuttgart for two months. May you know that WASTE was seperated from WAREM in 2003. If you are interest in waste water treatment and process design, this program fits in you very well. If you are interested in hydraunic modeling, WAREM is the perfect choice (I am told now GRE is required but I am not sure about that). By the way, if you want to get you further educated, say a doctor degree, a master degree in Germany will not lose the competence. Another important factor (I repeat here so many times) comes from the financial aids (I mean TA or RA). Please refer to one hint "be accepted by WAREM". |
