     我经常在大学申请中看到Admission requirements

  A  Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or similar subject (the degree must be equivalent to the British honours degree, e.g. B.Sc.Hons.)

   A first degree from a German higher education institution in Electrical Engineering or similar subject

   Proof of adequate English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL)
