求助: muffins recipes 的问题

比如说这个 Heidelburries Muffins:
2 1/2 cups - Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup - Butter
1 cup - Sugar
2 - Eggs
2 cups - Flour
2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon - Salt
1 teaspoon - Vanilla
1/2 cup - Milk
2 teaspoons - Sugar & 1 teaspoon - Cinnamon for tops

Cream Butter and Sugar - add Eggs on at a time and blend. And dry ingredients alternately with Milk and Vanilla. Mash 1/2 of Blueberries. Add with rest of Whole Blueberries and stir by hand. Grease muffin tins well - top surface as well. Pile mixture high in muffin tin. Bake at 375?for 30 minutes. Cool completely. I sprinkle Sugar and Cinnamon on tops before baking.

teaspoon, tablespoon 还都好把握,  CUP 是怎么计量啊? 有谁能帮忙换成标准单位,比如重量(g) 或者容量(ml) 的啊?
呵呵， 如果是CPU偶也还是 好把握DI.....
